Hi Rhonda! Love the collars and leashes we bought!! They were perfect since we have two large puppies who are named Luna(moon) and Soleil (Sun). I tried to get a picture but I was't fast enough. Those two chewed through each other!! Can you believe it? Anyway, we were going to return them to you and hopefully get exact replacements, I love the design. Rhonda, I wanted to tell you, you should add this to your listing for diaper rash. My daycare lady has six grown  children, grand children and always done daycare and her in laws have always bought her this same stuff out of state I think Indiana.  At a drug store.  Well, last week she found out that the store closed and she was devastated. Our dog goes through those rawhide chews so fast it's not even funny. I don't know whats in those  sticks but our dog goes nuts over them! She eats them like treats. Sometimes she even "attack's" them first!  As long as you carry them we will be back over and over again. Rhonda!  Just wanted to let you know the package arrived safe & sound last night!  And needless to say, I barely could get it open again before Zoey & Freedom had their noses poked down into it!  I hate to say it, but at first they could have cared less about the new blankets & special toys you sent them!  All they cared about were the treats!  And of course they loved them!  The pumpkin treats smelled so good that my husband & I almost had to try them ourselves!  I don't think Zoey & Freedom would have liked that too much though!  Finally after the excitement of the treats, they did check out the toys & blankets.  In fact, I am working on getting some pictures taken of them using the blankets to send to you!  I think I got a couple good ones last night with each of them & the new toys!  Maybe by this weekend, I can get all of them & email them to you!  Thank you so much for sending the special toys!  I think out of all the millions of toys they have, we have never had an elephant or pig.  Zoey even took the pig to bed with her last night!  Must have been pretty special because just not every toy gets to go to bed with her!  I love the tag silencers.  They were exactly the right size & I did notice a big difference after I put them on.  Didn't even know they made things like that!  Well I just wanted to thank you so much for all the special care you have taken with your wonderful packages!  All of us definitely appreciate you sending the little extra stuff you do with the packages. We have two Labrador retrievers- a 2 1/2 year old black lab, Luke, and a 2 1/2 month old yellow lab, Sheena. Wow! After hesitating for some time, I finally ordered the Organic Bumper Bed.They both absolutely love this bed! It's so durable and stands up to those sharp little puppy teeth and claws. The washable covers are a huge plus. I got an extra-large so they could share the bed which they do very comfortably, but I think I'm going to have to get a second bed when the puppy grows up! We just received our West Paw bed-the Bumber Bed, and I couldn't wait to write you. I am so ECSTATIC! The quality of this bed is unsurpassed! I'm so happy that I ordered this from you. I never expected the bed to be as exceptional as it is. It's so puffy and cozy-I want to sleep in it! The pictures don't do it justice. Our little Pug, Munson jumped in it as soon as we put it on the floor, and I love the idea that I can wash everything separately if need be. Good Morning, Rhonda!  Just wanted to let you know the harness arrived safe & sound yesterday!  And guess what?  It works perfectly!  We've had quite the time trying to find a harness for our 12.5 pound miniature schnauzer, Zoey.  To make a very long story short, Zoey received a pacemaker on December 5.  One month today, I guess it would be!  Anyway, she can no longer wear a normal collar as she has the lead wire going to her heart & her pacemaker in her right jugular vein in her neck.  So the cardiologist said we needed to go with a harness instead.  Well we started out with a normal harness that fit her great.  Well our local vet broke the clasp on it when she went in for a check-up & we've had a time ever since!  They had two other brands of step-in harnesses which were either too big or too small for her.  Stumbling around the internet that one day, I found your website that had the Lupine brand & it went about 3 inches bigger than the other brands we had tried.  And that is exactly what we needed for our little Zoey!  And the step-in harness is so much better because it does not go anywhere close to her neck & jugular vein they were worried about.  So needless to say, you were a life safer!  Thank you so much again for all your help & trouble!  And a big thank you goes from Zoey & Freedom our other miniature schnauzer for the treats you included in that envelope!  They had it figured out there was something else in there besides the harness even before I could get the envelope open!  Needless to say, they loved the treats!!  Thank you so much!  Kendra - Kansas
