Greg and I, here at Colbys Corner Store want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you need to return or exchange your item. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When you return an item, please contact us before returning so we are aware, and most importantly, please enclose a note of who you are so we can expedite your refund/exchange promptly. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

* Retired patterns have the same "even if chewed guarantee" - although since they are retired, replacement of that pattern is not guaranteed. You would be able to choose from new stock patterns of the same size and style.

 Have a dog that was able to damage our Zogoflex® Toy? Well, you must have one amazingly powerful chewer - the return rate is less than 1%. You may choose to recieve a free one-time replacement or refund - your choice!

 

 1. A quick note to let us know the breed and age of your dog, and how long it took your furry friend to damage the toy. (This is optional, but West Paw loves the feedback).

2. Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.

3. Include the damaged toy. Not only do they inspect the returned toys for weaknesses, but they also recycle them!

4. Be sure to include your own contact information so we know where to return the new toy or refund.
